1. CONTEST CONDITIONS FOR ENTRY

No purchase is required to enter the contest. An Instagram account is required.

In order to enter the contest, the participant must:

Doing so earns the participant one entry into the contest. Limit of one entry per person for the duration of the contest.

Any attempt by a participant to receive more entries than permitted, by using multiple social media accounts, login names, or any other method will result in the participant’s entries being cancelled and the participant themselves being disqualified at the organizer's discretion.

The winner may have to provide proof of ownership for a given account.

The public must send their entry forms through a comment on the post announcing the contest on Artopex’s Instagram page.

The contest beings on July 10th, 2019 at 10am EST and ends on July 19th, 2019, at 10am EST. After this date, the contest will be closed.

2. ELIGIBILITY

This contest is open to all legal residents of Québec aged 18 and over at the time of entry.

The following people may not participate in the contest: directors, managers, stockholders, employees, agents, and/or representatives of the organizer (Artopex), or any of its subsidiaries, its affiliated companies, advertising agencies, license holders, franchisees, partners, retailers, distributors, and/or any other people involved in the contest. Also, any person living in the same household with people mentioned in the above section cannot participate in the contest.

A person for whom the publicity contest is held, their employees, their representatives, their agents, or any member of the jury, and any person living in the same household also cannot participate.

4. PRIZE

The prize is an Artopex Element Active Seating stool in its 24” tall by 14” diameter size, with “Grade 1” fabric, a $200 value.

The prize and its components must be accepted as is and cannot be transferred, substituted, or exchanged, in whole or in part, for another prize or for cash, except if authorized by the organizer.

5. SELECTION

On July 19th, 2019, at 11am EST, at the organizer’s office located on 1050 boul. Industriel, Granby (Québec) J2J 1A7, a participant will be randomly selected amongst all admissible entries received during the contest period.

6. PRIZE AWARD NOTIFICATION

A message will be sent to the winner through Instagram within 2 business days of the draw. If a participant cannot be reached or does not does not claim the prize within the limited period of 48 hours, the prize will not be awarded. In the event that the prize is not claimed, the organizer reserves the right, at its absolute sole discretion, to select another winner.

The prize will be shipped to the winner. Delivery charges are covered by Artopex.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Any disputes respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any dispute regarding the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux only for the purpose of attempting to settle it.
