I lost my Noki lock code, how can I unlock it?
Contact Artopex Customer Service at 1 800 363-3040 or complete the Master Code Request Form at the bottom of the Noki product page.

What if my Noki lock battery is dead?
I have a 3-number Noki (1-2-3): To replace the battery, insert a sharp object such as the end of a tack or paperclip into the small hole located on the face of the Noki lock near the rectangular cut-out. The casing will open to provide access to the battery. Completely remove the casing and insert a new battery. The lock will retain the last code that was programmed. For more information on the functions of the Noki lock, please refer to the explanatory video in the Noki section of the website. I have a Multiuser Noki: Pull up on the battery case located at the top of the lock and replace the battery. I have a 4-number Noki (1-2-3-4): Plug in the back-up power supply (provided with your product) into the outlet located under the confirmation light on the lock. Open the drawer in order to change the batteries located on the inside of the lock case.
